The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it doesn't have a back so if it's not placed up against a wall the papers will fall out the back.

High quality material, easy to assembly. Somewhat expensive when I purchased ($40) but overall I don't regret my decision. It is coated in a clear paint, so it can stand getting wet or humidity.
If you want to modify this, you have a few options: the drawer is a free standing unit, so this can be turned backwards, moved to another shelf, or removed alltogether. It's also possible to build this so that the "split" shelf which contains the drawer is on the second to lowest level, versus at the very bottom. You could also refrain from installing a middle shelf, leaving more vertical room inside.
I decided to use this as a charging station for all of my tech gadgets by:
- Turning the drawer backwards (so the hole is on the other side) and placed a USB hub inside
- Moving the drawer-piece to another shelf, leaving both compartments empty on the "split-shelf" for wireless charging pads for phones. Each half of the "split shelf" can fit a small phone lengthwise, or a large phone can fit sideways
- Using the remaining paper-organizing shelf for laptops. A small laptop can easily fit inside, and a larger one can be placed sideways
- Drilling holes on the top shelf in each "cubicle", and looping various charging cables from the USB hub in the drawer, in order to charge extraneous gadgets such as headphones

I love this organizer. The only thing I do not like is basically a design flaw, which is easily corrected. It has no back panel and therefore items could easily slip off to the rear and the drawer can easily slide out the back. I fixed the problem by adding a very thin piece of cabinet foot panel strip. I glued it on. Otherwise this product is easy to assemble, attractive, and sturdy. I would buy it again.
