Like it alot.... with a little customization

I didn't like the size or placement of their branch seals, so I grabbed a large badge intended for vehicles instead. Had a spare Class A name plate made up and some 3M double-sided tape and voila! I also have a small brass plate arriving this week for the bottom. A few more notes - take it apart to insert the sword and scabbard, an early instruction said to take it apart, the one in the box didn't. We tried poking through the foam with the sword, then w/ a knife and finally took it apart and done. Also didn't like the 2 tooth bracket mount clips, took them off and used one larger clip & a beefy wall anchor and done.

Very solid and we'll made but obviously a return. Product itself looks nice and is well made but came all scratched up on the inside where someone had inserted and pulled out a sword several times. Also a scratch on the back. Bought some stain from Home Depot and unless you get close the scratches are barely noticeable. I just hate buying something new which then has to become a project.

I got this as part of a retirement gift idea. I'm going to put a plaque and ribbon rack in the front and place an NCO Sword in it. I would recommend it if you need a sword holder for a display. It also comes with mounting hardware if you need it.
