I'm 185 and 5'3. I got the large and it fit perfect, not too baggy. I can still wear over my normal/regular lab coat and it's not too tight. I'm a dental hygienist. After washing and drying em the ties got a bit curly but I can still tie just fine. Front pocket nice also.

Purchased in 3 sizes. The size XL was very long. The medium was what you would expect from a medium. And the XXL was the same size as the XL. Wouldn't have a true need for XXL I just wasn't sure what to expect but we are keeping them. Thick material, very warm.
