Came damaged but Customer Service helped

I was super disappointed after researching and then receiving an item that had significant scratches and a dented side. Even if this machine is not $$$$ I expect a brand new item. Maybe this was returned and re-packaged but in either case not what I expected. Delivery was also a steep $60 with FedEx. 1 star unfortunately.

UPDATE: After reaching out to customer service they made things right. I really appreciate that they took matters seriously, were super responsive and helped me out. They worked with me on a solution that left me taken care of. So I am adding stars for the excellent customer service.
After that matter was settled I was able to use it and can say that - while it is small (1 queen sheet max / or several smaller items) - it does get the job done. A queen size sheet dries in about an hour which beats the 2-3 days I was watching it to dry before. It gets pretty hot on high but not super hot on the outside. The filter is also easily removable. For a single household or an RV / tiny home, it's perfect.

Right when you open it. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. It'll help your cute little dryer last and work at its best.
One tip I provide for the dryer is to wash your intimate items and socks SEPERATELY. The clothes dry 10× faster.
Any blankets, pillows, and anything large in surface area or thickness. Do INDIVIDUALLY. And throw a dry towel inside to help soak up the excess water.
Besides those little tid bits. Comforters CAN NOT fit inside the drum and I do not recommend putting more than five or six cotton shirts, or four denim pants.
Worth every cent for renters without access to a free washer or dryer. Hand washing and this machine make renting life easier than ever.

Great Dryer but buy a backup fan belt

The exhaust fan on this drying unit stopped working after 6 months. It worked wonderfully while it did, drying medium/small loads of laundry on the high setting in about an hour and 10 minutes. I came home one day and it just decided to not work anymore. I contacted the seller and the manufacturer website and am awaiting a response. Will update review if I am provided assistance either fixing my device or an exchange. (7/15/23)
Update*- 7/23- The company refunded me 30$ for my trouble and shipped two replacement belts for the fan. I was able to fasten my own belt with shoestring believe it or not. If and when that goes, I will replace with the official part. The dryer works great. The company was fast with their response and I am satisfied.
