This magnetic dry erase board does its job well because it has two different parts, half magnetic whiteboard and half cork board. It came with all the described stuff such as the mounting hardware, push pins, and the adhesive. However, after a month, the board fell, I guess I need better adhesive (I did not use the mounting hardware since I rent the Apt I live in). The good news is the adhesive did not scrape the paint on the wall at all.
Also, the pins are showing from the back, so be careful if it falls or whatnot.
It's nice to have this board in my little work space so I can add reminders, memo, pictures, and stuff to motivate me working at home efficiently. Affordable price and serves it's purpose for sure.

I could not find a small board to mount on the side of my kitchen cabinet and this one fit perfect above my key holder. I used the stickers to attach it and they are holding fine. The board is lightweight and the cork is a little thin but It works for me.
