I use these to make it easier to burn incense that is in more of a block form. It lights quickly, and has no odor that i call tell. I use half a disc, for one brick that i sit on top of it on a burner. It does get hot to the touch so i place on a safe non burnable surface. I didnt think i would like it but i certainly was wrong. Glad i took the gamble on this purchase.

The fast lighting is great, heats up quickly, and I can't smell a. charcoal scent. I wish there was more of a depression in the center to hold the incense though instead of the tiny little spot it has. Makes it very difficult to get resin exactly where I want it without it falling off.
