Ordered 2.17.2022 and actually had it in my hand 2.19.2022 from Amazon locker. I attached images in order of opening so you can see what I received and am using it for. It is sturdy and does come with adjustable shoulder strap which was inside the internal zipper pocket. It is padded and measures as advertised. Note that it is large and actually waterproof. Handles do have a velcro combiner.
Overall, extremely satisfied with quality, speed of delivery, product, honesty of item description, and lets not forget the price. I am confident this case will hold up to years of service before requiring replacing, if at all.
