I've always been a fan of Crest Whitestrips, but heard about this product and decided to give it a try. To be honest I ordered it and it sat in a drawer for a few months while I used up my Crest strips. I finally decided to break it open and I'm glad I did. It did whiten my teeth noticeably with no sensitivity at all. Was easy to use, taste was pleasant and I will definitely order it again.

I was rather skeptical on the effectiveness of these types of whitening gels but after a month of use my wife said that my teeth do look whiter than before. So I suppose they do work. Overall the kits pretty easy to use: squeeze some gel on the bottom and top parts of the mouthguard, turn on the blue light and leave it for 10 minutes. I personally let it go twice in a row so 20 minutes. For me my gums aren't that sensitive to the gel but I do feel a tingle after awhile. Nothing too uncomfortable though. Not enough for me to use the 2 syringes of desensitizer gel that comes with. Will continue to use to see how much more I can get out of it.

I been buying this product almost 2 times now it really help alot with making my teeth white and helping with the coffee stains because i love me some coffee lol. I do recommend it one of my friends told me about it and i truly like it a-lot you will see changes first time you use it. But i do say it is very strong so use some coconut oil on your gums before applying it helps to keep the bleach from your gums
