Does what it should, but it leaves something to be imagined. Doesn't do great at rolling wide, lasagna-type noodles, they don't come out uniform in width. I do like that it creates uniform thickness and I hope to figure out how to get the width nice and uniform. I bought it to make pierogie dough (rolling them out by hand makes me think marrying a Polish guy who loves pierogies may not have been the wisest thing I've done), and it does make a nice smaller size. It's saved me a lot of time (and my palms a lot of grief) now that I'm not using a rolling pin on pierogie dough and noodles. Sometimes the handle slides out when I'm using it, but that's just a minor inconvenience as it pops right back in.

Dipped my toe into making noodles. I did hand cut ramen a few times, I wish I got this machine sooner! Once you get the hang of it you can get really consistent noodles. Be careful when cleaning it especially on the underside as some edges are sharp. This is a great entry level machine to see if you actually enjoy doing this without breaking the bank.
