Purchased the "used like new" option for the first time, & was VERY disappointed . I found black smudges on the top 2 napkins and didn't look further. They seem like very nice napkins, a nice weight, soft, uniform stitches. I only gave them a "4" because I didn't wash them. I will order them again, just as a "new" item.
