A most excellent seller

I ordered this basket knowing it was on the cheaper side for disc golf baskets. When it arrived, the packaging was damaged, which I understand isn't the sellers fault. I put together the basket, and man was it easy! Because of some shipping damage, the basket was crooked, but it still worked. Overall I felt satisfied that even with the crooked basket, I had received a product that was worth its price. It certainly was an upgrade compared to throwing discs at a pillow on my couch!
I probably would've given this a 4-star review if not for the amazing customer service. I reached out to the seller to give feedback, and I did advise that the product had been slightly damaged during shipping. A week or so later I received replacement parts in the mail! When I combine the quality of this basket, given the price, with the quality of the customer service I received, I would give this a 6 star rating if possible.

Arrived on time with no damage (even though there is no packing in box). Set up and putting in 5 minutes until my wife said no putting in house. Chains are not heavy like ones on a course but they don't need to be, and if they were it would be much harder to move around. All round this is a very nice basket with good weight, great coating and double layers of chains. Would buy again!

If your on the fence grab one. It's a super solid basket. It comes with a warranty on the box that I unfortunately had to use. I was nervous as usual about how it would play out.. the customer service was amazing.

Great basket, heavy duty, portable, breaks down easy. Heaviest thing is the chains, definitely need to use the stakes provided. Its a little shorter than i had imagined but definitely worth it. Will be buying more!
