I finally got my husband to agree when I mentioned how many plastic bottles we go through. We recycle, but I prefer not to use plastic. I love the glass pitcher, the machine is easy to use and maintain. I think the freshly distilled water tastes so much better than the bottled distilled water. I love it.

I did my research read lots of reviews from reverse osmosis to the Berkey and lots of distillers (all had issues)this one was more expensive for a distiller but I liked the reviews and got it! It's been about 3 months and I use it just about every day. Lately I've boiled the water 1st to cut down the time. It looks great in my kitchen too which is definitely a plus for me putting another appliance on my counter to is a serious decision for me!

This distiller like others had a malfunction after about 3 months. I called the number on this seller account and sent it back. (they covered shipping) They sent me a brand new distiller in about 8 days, UPS ground.
So far working fine. I guess there's a glitch in some of them but they will fix it for you.

I bought this machine when I couldn't get distilled water at the store during the pandemic. I've been using it for over a year now without any problems. I use the water in my CPAP machine and it doesn't leave any mineral residue, it is pure distilled.
Filters gum up easily

Have been using this nearly a year for CPAP, works great, only complaint is the little round disposable filters that came from the manufacturer gum up very quickly. After 2-3 uses (if that) they can no longer keep up with the machine and half the water spills out onto the floor. Very happy with the machine, definitely will keep using it, easy to clean, just looking for alternatives for the filters. Maybe we can run it without or substitute something.
