The media could not be loaded. Package was delivered on time and the device itself is in perfect condition. You will need 2 AAA Batteries, so be sure to pick some up before it arrives. While I cannot say I can "see" a difference, I do feel good knowing that I'm keeping my toothbrush as clean as possible. I have sensitive teeth and I order a specific brand of toothbrushes online. Since I do not have easy access, having this device makes me feel better because I know I'm doing what I can to keep my toothbrush sanitary.
