They roll easily. Don't mar the floor. Are quiet. Install easily. They do raise the chair slightly compared to original casters. But your chair is height adjustable, right? You just need to buy these on sale. Price can vary 50%. When on sale, I jumped on them.

Dropped these into my office chair. They were fairly straightforward to slot in and seem to roll OK enough. I do occasionally have to give a bit of extra force when pivoting the chair to the side and getting all the wheels to align in the new direction.
