The media could not be loaded. I didn't have a problem with the tape they sent. It has been hanging up now for a month. Works great and has cut down on the mess my kids make with toothpaste. Has fit all brands I buy. Just unscrew the cap it comes in, and place in the hole. That can be difficult at times, so I take it off and place the device on counter to put the toothpaste in. But for the price it is perfect!
