I got these for my kid's basket ball hoop for his birthday which did already come with 3 toy basketballs. I haven't tested the glow factor so I can't comment on that aspect, but was going to return them because I made a hasty purchase and didn't think about needing to buy a pump and didn't have the money to at the time (which I guess should have been obvious nobody is going to send an inflated ball which could potentially get popped during transit - that was my mistake).
My son wound up hospitalized and I missed the return window even though I had already submitted to return them. It's not a huge deal; I'll hold onto them until his other balls eventually pop and start looking for a pump in the meantime.

These mini balls come deflated so we purchased a small pump which worked fine.
My 5 year old grandson will love them but one is significantly smaller than the other.
That is my only complaint about my purchase. Wish they were the same size.
