My mom recently finished her physical therapy, so we got this for her so that she could continue her therapy at home. She uses this for her arms, and it functions great. She is able to get a good workout with this. The resistance is easy to toggle up and down also. The main problem with it, is that the screen readings don't always work properly. My mom does her workouts for certain amounts of time so a timer on the cell phone does the job, but it is a shame we can't get anything to really work Ethel screen.
The most important thing is that it functions well and that is what matters most to us. It isn't super heavy, and fits well on the table mom has setup for her at home for her at home physical therapy.
