I knew I was buying the yukky khaki color (4 bucks less than the grey) but its sturdiness will work well protecting my 4500 watt dual fuel inverter generator from the elements when not running (we sparingly use it when dry "”boondocking"” trailer camping). I made sure to get a size a bit larger so I could leave my LP gas line and trailer power cord attached. Outside feels like a good polyester canvas "cloth", but inside it is a thick coating of rain-proof vinyl or similar. Good product at a good price.

Velcro allows wind and rain to enter and wet generator. you will need to cover your generator to protect for water before putting this cover on. not so good who engineered this
