This little outdoor playhouse is just right for a toddler. Our little girl is almost 2 years old and she figured out right away how to play in this little house and it's just too cute! It comes with a little white picket fence, a little mailbox, little planter boxes that hang beneath the windows, and an attached bench. They really thought of the cutest little details and she loves it. You can leave it the way it is or paint it if you like. It's small on the inside and only fits a chair and a little table while accommodating a little human but that's really all the space she needs anyway. It's just a perfect little house that serves its purpose as a fun learning experience. We got her some farmers market toy fruits and vegetables and plastic gardening tools to further the fun.

I was skeptical when my wife showed me that she ordered this Outsunny Outdoor Playhouse for Kids Wooden Cottage. I still think it's well over-priced. She mostly put it together herself however I helped when it came time to line up the corners. I also had to jump in when when the 2nd roof panel's pre-drilled holds were out of alignment by just over 1/4 inch (the alignment and the price are the reasons for the 4 stars). My wife finished with all the little touches such as the doors, mailbox, and "fence." She then water-proofed it with paint on sealant. My wife and grandkids (age 7, 5, and 1) love it and it should last more than a few seasons.
Follow up May 2022: This has held up rather well through winter snow, heavy spring rains, and summer heat, rough-and-tumble kids, and a large adult accidentally snow-sledding into it which sent it flying. I have no issues recommending this to others.
