I swim at the ymca every day. I am 196 to 199pounds 6 foot 34 to 36 inch waist. For 65 years old i consider myself in decent shape no gut post 2 year heart transplant. This XL blue is cut just right and hugs and doesnt bunch up. My tan lines follow the suits cut. No pasty thighs. My junk fits decent and stays in place pointing up and to the right. Not baggy. No drag in the water. My old speedo was cut fuller and saggy. I have no confidence issues in a brief like alot of American men do. Wear it in confidence even under board shorts.

After having the swimming briefs for some time I like it. I have used it all summer long and it has held up. I do wash it by hand and let it hang dry. The elastic band keeps it around my waist and helps from sliding off. The color is black and has stayed that way unlike other swim trunks that fade overtime from pool water or at the beach. I would recommend to anyone looking for basic swimming briefs.

Suit fits well. Some reviews suggest that it runs small. The suit seems true to size to me. I normally wear a Small size in water polo and competition swim briefs. The Small in these briefs fits similarly, if not slightly looser. The suit sits on the waist similarly to water polo or competition swim briefs, but has a shorter side seam. The side seam is 1.25 inches, compared to about twice that for other briefs.

I normally wear a 34 pants size, normally L bathing suit, and went with the XXL. I have very large quads and a dump truck butt. The XL might have fit, but some of the other brands leg openings tear by stertching. If you don't have a big butt and legs then I'd go XL. They look great and feel awesome!
