At 1st I was a bit out out, I paid for 7 characters and received an email with an invoice for more money stating my order is 9 characters 🤷ðŸ»"â'€ï¸ maybe this is coming knowledge but I had NO IDEA a space was considered a character. I figured the charge per character was for actual labor and product to make each character. Anyway this was the LEAST expensive I've found so I paid the additional.

We ordered a custom name sign for our upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, when it arrived the box had been bent during shipping and the acrylic backing of the sign had cracked. I reached out to the seller (even knowing the return of a custom item was not possible) to let them know of the shipping damage and they immediately replied initiating a damage claim with DHL and offering to remake, repackage, and resend another sign right away (at no additional cost to me) once they had reviewed photos of the shipping container and original damaged sign. Less than one week later, we recieved the second sign, securely packaged and in perfect condition. I can't say enough good things about this company and this product. Thank you Selicor!!
