I bought after having my last one for 7 years. It was in bad shape and the foam inside was disintegrating. Long life from an inexpensive item. Friends and family all asked where I got it and so I bought more for gifts. Everyone loves them. Makes working or playing on your tablet or phone more comfortable by resting it in your lap or a table.

This tablet stand arrived in a small rectangular box. Upon getting it out of the box, I showed my husband a picture of it because I was looking at a wrinkled oddly shaped object. My first question was, which way is up and where is the front? After some fluffing, it's still wrinkled and I think I'm using the correct side, BUT, it is comfortable and does work for me. The manufacturer suggests using steam or a dryer to get out stubborn wrinkles. It appears the cover is removable but I'm not sure I want to try to take it off. Bottom line: you might want to shape it after getting it out of the teeny, tiny box

I had to look at reviews too, bless the person that told us to throw it in the dyer lol. I pulled it out of the small box and was honestly ready to return it because it wasn't gonna support my iPad, threw it in the dyer for 15 mins and it was all puffed up! 10/10 just need a disclaimer to throw it in the dryer

I was not impressed when I unwrapped it from the packaging. It was small, misshapen- I couldn't see how it would EVER be right. I read another customer's comment and she was RIGHT ON THE MONEY so I did what she recommended! I put the whole thing in the dryer with a wet cloth for 20 minutes and when it came out of the dryer it was PERFECT! Shape, stability- perfect! And the suede-like fabric feels great- it feels like a Squishmallow! I'm SO glad I got it!

I received my pillow and removed it from the package. It never de-compressed, even after 8 hours - it was a pathetically limp pillow pad! I ordered a replacement and sent the first one back. The second one arrived and was the same situation. I really wanted this pillow pad so I wasn't giving up without trying something. So I lightly wet the cover and tossed the whole thing in the dryer. After about 15 minutes the pillow has plumped up to the shape it is supposed to be!
