Can bake,then we add best brand( EARTH BALANCE ORGANIC COCONUT SPREAD,SPREAD, container,BEST ONE TRIED)and cinnamon and raw sugar, or stevia,brown sugar). Add more blue& purple fruits and veggies bc helps prevent cancers.
