Don't rely on the screws and glue included. Plus the rod will wear the wall. Other than that, great product.
1. Use screws long enough to really penetrate a stud. Maybe also consider washers to prevent pull throughs. First of all, the plastic inserts for screws will slowly pullout unless you use the glue. But if you use glue it will pull away the paint at some point, certainly if need to relocate.
2. The slot in which the hanging rod slides up and down exposes the wall to the rods tip which will rub into the paint and dry wall. It's best to glue a thin piece of plastic to the back of the unit to cover the slot. There is enough of a gap.

The quality of this rack is what is driving me to review this item. We previously had an over-the-door clothes hanger/rack in our laundry, but needed a new device since we removed the door. We actually bought two of these racks and installed them on the wall. With how heavy sometimes we pile our hanging clothes on our previous rack, we chose to install them by screwing them directly into a wall stud rather than use wall anchors. This rack has an option of just closing it flat to the wall when not in use, making them almost disappear (except they are so good looking). I have to say the quality - appearance and strength - of this rack is superior. We are very happy and strongly recommend them as a great purchase. They came in a black leather-look sleeve which reminded me of the old leather slide rule sleeves.
