I love this box cutter! I have used it breaking down the mountains of Amazon boxes for recycle. Laid it horizontal and scraped some grout off new tile that had dried after the install. What a novel idea to give you both a cutter and scraper in one tool! Looks very well constructed and could not be happier! It is two thumbs up from me!!

This tool is nicely design and works well overall. The drawback is buying extra blades. They are available on Amazon, however as every diyer knows you always need more in the middle of a project. Couldn't find replacements at local big box store.

The propeietary blades are not terribly expensive and the tool itself is very handy. A lot of people comment on how cool it is and ask where they can get one. I use it quite often at work so it was definitely worth what I paid for it.

This is built heavy duty and has 3 uses cutting (of course) scraping which is perfect for glass type stovetops which allows you to get that shallow angle so the stovetop will not be damaged, and the other end is for opening paint cans. the blades are proprietary since they have a notch as shown in one of the pictures to retain blade on the tool, as of this writing they are $7.99 on Amazon for a 30 pack and the blades are high quality blade changing is easy just press the orange tab and pull the old blade out to use the other side if all you are doing is cutting or to replace just slide a new blade on, YouTube has videos demonstrating this. The utility knife is a bit on the expensive side however it is well built and makes an excellent scraper.
