I ordered this faucet to replace my leaking one made by a different company. The faucet arrived the next day, I was amazed at how heavy it was constructed. Not the flimsy ones you normally see. Once the old faucet was removed, the installation of the new one took me only about 5 minutes. It came with everything I needed. There was only one wing type nut that needed threaded and tightened by hand. I pushed the connector on the bottom of the faucet and inserted the water line in the other end of the slip-on connection. The connection came with the faucet. No tools were needed. It works and looks great. The faucet even swivels 180 degrees. Registering the warranty online was supper easy and fast also. A customer service representative even emailed me to thank me for buying the faucet. Now that's personal service.

Although I thought I could install this, I couldn't get down under the sink due to age and replaced joints. My nephew, who is in construction, came over and had it installed in less than half an hour. We've had it for a couple of months and it works great. It's larger than our old one, a bit big for our sink, but we really like it, esp the stop flow button on the spray head. Highly recommend, great value for your money and if you're young and sprightly, easy to install. For us old folk, you don't need a plumber, just a young'un nimble enough to get under there.

Beautiful faucet but upon installation the pieces that came didn't fit my sink hoses. Have to go home depot or somewhere to get the correct piece. Basically the water line inlet didn't fit the water line outlet.
