I love this product! It sets up very easily, great for small spaces, and very nice quality of materials. I live in an RV so my walls cannot handle too much weight and screws/nails are not a possibility either. I hung the vertical pieces with extra strong (16#) command strips (3 each side) and it's hanging wonderfully without undue stress on the very flimsy wall. Cleaned up our coat situation and looks nice when not in use. Even my husband is pleased. I will definitely order this product again.

When I was installing this product, I realized there was a missing clip. I reached out to the company and they quickly helped me to remedy this situation. Within a week, I was able to complete the installation process and use this product. I recommend this product because it really does help me hang clothes after washing them, and because the company stands by their product and customer.
Then only problem with the installation is that I had to change out the plastic wall anchors for deeper metal ones with a longer screws; but that was not major. I happen to have these anchors handy.
If I need another clothes drying rack, I would definitely purchase this one again.
