A better home for my collection

Bought this to display some Hello Kitty charms I collected during my travels in Japan. I needed a box with easy access so I can fix the charms when they shift during transport. Love that the door opens in front! So easy! The only problem is that the inside of the box smells like fish, lol. I put baking soda and fragrant dusting powder inside to try to get rid of the smell, and it kinda worked but not completely. As long as nobody opens it to take a whiff, I guess my Kitties are safe in their box that smells like a tuna barge!

The original product I received was made with real glass, however it broke during transport. Amazon and shipper was quick to get a replacement out. However, the replacement was made of plexiglass. Also, the magnet that is supposed to close the box doesn't secure the door so it opens easily. The main thing I like is that the box is super deep so I can put objects in it, which is what I was looking for.
