Maybe I'm an alcoholic but while I was in the Caribbean I found a sorrel and ginger drink that was delicious. Can't get it here in the States so looked online for a good alternative. Found this and while I was mixing it I found out that you can mix it 1 part concentrate, 1.5 parts rum and 1.5 parts ginger ale. You don't even taste the alcohol and it is delicious. even the GF that doesn't drink a lot enjoys it.
