I bought the GX11 thinking I'll be getting a cheap, flimsy, and uncomfortable helmet"¦ but After the first ride, I fell in love. The air that I get into the helmet is way better than my 300 dollar helmet I had"¦I can actually breathe without opening the visor as well as it doesn't fog easily! It's also lightweight and stays comfortable on my longer rides, especially on my neck and noggin. I see where the low price comes in, but it's more so just with the glue and plastic parts"¦ even then they still function to my liking (I am very picky)

Helmet work so amazingly. I got hit by a car on my e-bike and got a good scrap on the side of my helmet. If I was not wearing it I would have a scraps and bruises on the side of my face.

Very comfortable helmet. Quick release strap is convenient. Noise with the air vents open is pretty average for a full face, a bit loud at higher speeds. Visor is a bit of a pain to take on and off for replacement or cleaning, finger tabs for the release can be difficult to get ahold of. Matte finish will start to degrade after a few months of heavy use but nothing major. A few shiny,smooth areas here and there. Overall the best helmet I've seen in this price range, aside from buying used. Attached photo is after 6 months of use, almost daily, showing the finish beginning to break down a bit.
