I love this pan. We have several other types of nonstick pans and so far this is the best one for an affordable price. It's pretty durable and works well. Yesterday, I drizzled some oil and made pancakes and they came out great, with the crispy edges and no sticking to the pan like the older blue diamond and white ceramic pans that we've had for a while.
Super non-stuck, heavy and sturdy, holds up well. I want more.

This is an amazing pan. I just got a small/medium skillet but I want to use it for every meal I cool. The non stick is so slick and is the best for cooking eggs. Not even cheese is an issue. My other non stick didn't hold up as well as this one. It is also heavy and made with good quality metal, so it retains heat well. Highly recommend. I want more sizes and variations now.

It was odd receiving a large frying pan in essentially a square box. Turns out it comes with handle you need to attach. The oddest thing is that an actual full-size phillips screwdriver is included in the package for assembly. Aside from that weirdness and environmental sus-ness, the pan is very sturdy and well made. There is zero wiggle from where the handle attaches to the pan. The non stickiness is good so far, but it's only been a few weeks. I like most how deep the pan is. Very good for cooking large batches or things with much liquid to reduce.
Induction stove top issues

I purchased a set of these pans and they seem to be well built. I assembled both pans and wanted to fry an egg in the small pan. My induction stove top did not recognize the ferrous plate on the bottom of the pan. I tried the large pan and it worked fine. I sent the set back and asked for a replacement. I received the second set and only tested the little pan. Once again, the oven top did not recognize the ferrous disc on the bottom. I had to send the second set back.

I tossed my old black "non-stick" skillet in the garbage because it was scratched and I couldn't be sure if I was seeing pepper and spices in my food or if the "non-stick" coating was flaking off. I decided to find the best quality cookware that I could afford in a light color and try one piece at a time to be sure it was as good as the reviews. I absolutely LOVE this cookware! I'm cooking on a lower heat now, food cooks evenly and looks beautiful, and I know this is healthier. I'm buying the white version of this cookware because my kitchen is a bit dark and I can see what I'm cooking so much better and now it is so FUN to cook! This is the best little skillet I've ever had! I'm buying more pieces.
