I ended up making the letters half as thick as mold because the resin I was using was not curing properly and I didn't have enough resin for my test, But it still turned out really nice. I used resin to glue the letters together so its just one piece and it sits nicely on the base. Looks really nice. Would love the option of longer bases for longer names/words.

This is one of my favorite resin molds. There are 26 letters, the letters are nice sized and the molds are easy to use. The letters in the molds are similarly shaped and equally thick. This means when you make a project with them the letters will be consistent in size and weight. The letters themselves are pretty big and the finished product looks amazing. You can add color, things or whatever you want to your letter and make them look even nicer. The molds are solid and your letters pop out with no problems. Everything about these molds are top notch and I can not recommend them enough.
I only wish the kit came with more lighted bases!

These letters are good-sized and my first set of decorated letters came out really nice - my daughter's first name - and set them on the included base. I thought this could be set on a bookshelf in her house or if she liked it enough, take it to work and set it on her desk. She was surprised by the piece and liked it so well she put it in her backpack for taking to work the next day. The next weekend when I saw her, she said lots of people she works with had commented on the piece, how unique and nice-looking it was. Without this set of letters, I would not have been able to make it for her. But now that I have, I need another lighted base to make another - that's why I wish they had included more lighted bases!
