I believe these are great quality. It's the only ones I've tried. I've been eating them for a couple months. I am up to 20 a day and still have tons of product left. Some are bitter and some taste just like cherries. I think I can definitely see a difference in my energy and sleep.

Delivered afew days early and when reading bitter on the front I thought it wouldn't be too good, however taste just like a almond but about half the size of one. Read that it's not scientific proven but rumored to help with cancer, so it's worth a try. 227 servings, very cheap overall.
Edit: still great but second day I had one, my mouth got a numbing slight feel and tasted like burnt cherry flavor a bit with almond, wasn't bad but just weird. Third day I took one it had bit of a cherry flavor with slight burnt flavor. I guess they will vary between flavors in bag. I'll continue to take them in Hope's for their cancer fighting quality but I wouldn't normally eat them otherwise.
