They are so beautiful in color and I love their stance of their wings in a flapping position. They are worth their price but will need replacing in a few years because of previous purchase of similar egret. They will rust but that can also add patina. They stand tall in my backyard off my outdoor patio so they can easily be viewed daily. Don't hesitate. Buy them.

These Blue Heron statues are really beautiful, and the photos don't do them justice. Very well made, good craftsmanship and detail. I put them in my front yard amongst a huge group of pine trees. They almost look real. The stakes that keep them in the ground are long, so a little hard to hammer into the ground when it's dry. I just poured water on the spot until the stakes went all the way in. Definitely worth the money.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my parents who had recently moved to the beach. I was very happy to see how realistic in both size and color they were. They were very easy to put together and seem like they will hold up well. One bird had a small flaw in the head (an opening where it was not soldered together completely) but we turned that side away from view. My parents loved them!
