I am trying to resurrect a printer that had been stored and not used for a couple of years. I went through the cleaning procedure with this stuff three times, and none of the four print heads cleared.
I gave it two stars (instead of one) because it was a very hard use case. For less severe clogs this may be just the thing. But for me"¦ waste of money and time.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the manufacturer who offered me a refund. Their communication and helpfulness were excellent. I'm changing my review to 4 stars because of (a) excellent customer service and (b) acknowledgement that my use case may have been impossible.

I bought my WF-2860 in December 2020 and it worked perfectly - no problems. Until November 2023! First, it wouldn't print Cyan (Blue). Then, it got progressively worse. Finally, down to printing Magenta only, I tried this printhead cleaning kit. I followed instructions, but no improvement. I only used genuine Epson ink cartridges too. I don't think the fault was with this printhead cleaning kit or the procedure they recommend. I believe that once you try to fool the printer into thinking you are installing new ink but then remove power without turning it off, the internal software no longer works properly. Because it no longer reports accurate ink levels even with new genuine ink cartridges. 4-Stars

Tried for weeks to fix my 400.00 printer. This was my last ditch effort before tossing it. Opened this and 30 minutes later I had a working printer!!!!!. I had to realign it to get rid of the lines but then all my colors worked perfectly. It wasn't printing ANY black and the Cyan was spotty. This took care of it all. Easy to use and well worth the $$$$!!!!!
