The items are plastic made, very sturdy and it has pointy tips allow you to poke straight onto cardboard, foam board or clay to let those trees stand up. Highly recommended for school project or any modeling project that your kids are involve. Also easier to find here rather than driving to nearby Michaels where you cant seem to find anything close to this.
