every so often i'll try another well rated vendor like norton or bitdefender. then after the honeymoon period is over months of being barraged by popup ads that are more than annoying, i've lost work because of them! so after skipping a year i came back to kaspersky.

one of the things i like most about kaspersky products is that they are designed not just for those who for whatever reason know little to nothing about how avs works. but they also make it so those of us who have more knowledge and want to be more hands on have that option too. there is just so much more i can do and customize with kaspersky that isn't even offered as an option on most others.

i have never had a problem once with kaspersky products due to how well they have been designed. regardless the media hype i am just as confident with this product now as i was the first time i made use of their software more than a decade back. if you want something with a proven track record that continues to deliver on promised protection i would look no further. regardless your level of expertise this avs product will work well for most everyone.

i would recommend this to any end user no matter your level of proficiency.

Used Kaspersky for over 15 yrs, never had any problems with viruses or malware. Great product for the money.

Excelente antivirus lo recomiendo al 1000%

I've had kaspersky for 8 years and have always bought it directly through them so when I read the Amazon reviews saying it didn't work I was pretty nervous but you can't beat their price so I took my chances. I had a week left on my subscription so instructions said to login to kaspersky and put the new code in so it could automatically switch over once the other one expired. It never switched over. On my kaspersky account it said something about there being a problem with my credit card or something so I went into the kaspersky program and deleted the old code then input the new code and everything was great. I bought Total Security for 3 computers so had to do it for each one (I only put it on 2 computers; a Mac laptop & a Windows desktop) with no issues. It's a 3 year subscription and I didn't have a problem with it shorting me any days. I suspect most people that had an issue was due to user error or impatience. As for the actual software, I've never had an issue in 8 years and have always trusted Kaspersky to take care of any viruses or vulnerabilities and it seems to have always done it's job. My father also uses it, has never had any issues and finds it simple enough to use. As far as customer support goes, last time I bought Kaspersky was through the website and it had ended up on automatic renewal when it expired. I was charged a ridiculous amount when it renewed so I contacted them and they refunded me immediately. I haven't needed to contact them since then.

My daughter told me she had used it for years! So far so good. Just downloaded in January. Doesn't wear me out with ads like Norton Life Lock did.
