This is a very tasty sauce for carnitas. I still add beef stock, lime, adobo sauce, and a few other seasonings, but this base just gives an authentic flavor. I toss the meat, these ingredients, and sauce pack in the crock and let simmer all day. Super tender and flavorful carnitas at the end of the day.

Our family loves this Al Pastor sauce. Not too spicy, and so delicious! We use pork, sliced thinly in strips cooked until just done, add sauce then put in flour street taco sized tacos with pineapple tidbits, fresh cilantro and minced onion. One of our favorite meals. Bought this first at Wal-Mart but they no longer stock it. Thank you Amazon.
