This may be the best $100 I have ever spent. The shower head was super easy to install. I was impressed that all tools/supplies needed were included, even tape!
The wand is smaller than I expected but is more than adequate. The rainfall head is wonderful and both the wand and shower head have high output. I will likely buy another for our guest bathroom. 10/10!

This shower head isn't bad.
I'm a tall guy, 6'5, so I need a rain style shower head and one that sits high enough for me to stand tall and take a normal shower.

Now, the pressure is good. It's not amazing, but not horrible. Definitely comfortable enough to shower under. I wish the extension was longer or the head had more adjustability for angles since it's pretty much maxed out and angled a bit instead of sitting straight down.
The shower head can work with the rain head but you have to move the rain head a bit to the size for both of them to hit you. Otherwise shower head hits the top of rain head.
Pressure is good in shower head but not phenomenal. It works.
With everything super tight, shower head still moves if you try to move it. When it's hanging there and working, no issue. If you hit it with your hand it may bump out of place easily, even when fully tightened.
Shower head sits loosely on its bracket. Wish it was sturdier. Like means the bottom part of the shower handle jagged or something so it can sit solid in the mount instead of wiggling loosely.

About 3 pieces (idk what they are called) where water comes out of the rain head (3 corners) just drop when it runs. Doesn't have a full stream of water coming out.

Solid install. No leaks from me. First time doing a shower head on my own. Use enough tape and you'll be fine.

Working fine but these minor inconveniences really downgrade the score for me unfortunately. Solid for the price, but there may be a better dual system. I just won't bother to look cause I'm content with this one for the time being!

The company reached out to me to help with anything I had going on. They sent a new extension out free of charge to see if the shower head can sit higher than the removable shower wand and it did! The two piece extension works WONDERS to give it that rain style of shower!
I also was told I installed the shower wand wrong because the screw point was reversed.
Once I changed the wand around it sits flush and perfectly still when on the mount!

I have had this shower head for a while now and I absolutely love it! Wish I could fit a much bigger one but this one is great for my small style bathroom!

After cycling through 3 different top big-box brands that were more expensive but disappointing after I opened the copious packaging to discover they were made of cheap plastic and more appropriate as toys, I came upon the G-promise. It's heavy, solid metal and high quality. I had zero problems installing with no leaks and the flow is generous and luxurious. Highly recommended.

The packaging on this product is superior. They have done everything possible to ensure a successful installation. The exact wrench needed is supplied along with a protective cloth to prevent damaging finish. Ther is even an ample supply of silicone tape. The fixture is all metal. I have considered brand name fixtures that were more than double the price that were made out of plastic. My fixture is the oil-rubbed bronze and it looks great. It took me about 30 minutes to carefully install and I am no pro. I have had it a month now and no leaks. This is as close to a perfect product as I have ever purchased.

The whole well packaged kit is made of metal and feels high quality unlike those sold at big box stores. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. I removed the flow restrictors (instructions and a tools was provided for this) from the shower head and the hand held because I knew that I wanted the highest water pressure possible and that's where I feel that this product is just okay. The pressure is good enough for a decent shower. The term "rainfall" is very subjective. Definitely not a drizzle but this unit doesn't have that powerful spray. I chose the 8" version over the 10" or 12" versions because the larger the shower head the greater the dispersion of the water flow which decreases pressure. I believe this issue is just inherent in these larger shower heads. This unit replaced a Delta contractor grade shower head which had a very powerful spray from a small head but did not have a hand held wand. On this 8" model I don't have the issues with the wand spraying over the larger head that some others have mentioned; I would definitely see that problem with the larger heads. I'll keep the unit, it serves the main purpose, is of great quality, looks nice, seems very durable, and the wife approves it.
