These running spikes are exactly as described. I was a little leery to order my 2 girls' first pairs of spikes online, but there were none available locally. I was drawn to this pair because it is close to their school colors. I ordered a pair for each of them for cross country. We put different actual spikes on them, but the shoes worked great for the season. They plan to wear these again for track season.
