Everything is convenient with this iron. The wand, th tip of the wand, temperature location and the clamp is great. Needless to say, my curls look gr at.

The dexterity needed to use a regular curling iron isn't there for me, so not only does my hair not look good with it, but it's dangerous and I end up burning myself.

My Ella Bella automatic curler is the perfect size and shape to be easy to hold onto. The finish of the product makes it so that it doesn't slip around in your hand. It heats up quickly, so if I take it out while I'm setting up, it's ready to go by the time I finish getting out the rest of my products.

The instruction manual gave step-by-step details that were easy to follow, including tips on which buttons to push for which direction of curls. The product worked exactly like it was described, and gave me the most flawless curls I've ever had in my life!

Additionally, the customer service is out of this world. While I didn't need support, the founder of the company reached out to ensure that I was enjoying the product and had no problems with it. The message was personalized (to my surprise - you never get that these days!) and very sweet and heartfelt. I purchased this particular curling iron for its looks. It's sleek and "pink" and I love rose gold pink. HOWEVER, when I actually plugged it in and used it the first time I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect the shape of the curl was and the very quick heat up time. The on off is a simple click of a dial and the digital display is completely easy to read.
It's got a barrel that is long enough to style the back of my hair without me having to do gymnastics and with all that it is also beautiful.
The only negative is that the tip of the iron is smaller or shorter in length than my old one. But after 2 consistent uses, that was no longer an issue.
The owner of the company reached out about the warranty to make sure I knew about it after she received my application to start the warranty and has since checked in with me to verify everything was still going great with the new curling iron.
Great value and great waves and great service. Oh and it comes with a glove to use to avoid burning yourself and a mat to rest the iron on and to store it away even when hot.

I took a chance and bought 3 different styling tools (heated straightening brush, curling iron and straightening iron) from Ella Bella, a brand which I had never heard of before but I'm so thankful I did. I absolutely love all 3 products and was super impressed with not only the functionality & beautiful presentation of the styling tools but also with the addition of the freebies given in each box (silicone mat and protective glove) AND the amazing customer service!!! I texted the phone number provided in the box to activate my warranties and was delighted to receive a text response from the fabulous owner herself not even 24hrs later versus just dealing with an automated service. You also get a lot of bang for your buck especially considering the addition of those freebie gifts, which I appreciate considering my pockets are pretty shallow so every dollar matters.
