A great mini phone

As a phone it works great. The only downside is the battery life, but that is to be expected. Small body = small battery. Luckily, the bundled charger gives multiple charges.

The Palm phone came quickly in its original packaging exactly as it was described, so I don't want to take away stars and hurt the seller's reputation. But the phone itself i would give 2 stars at best. I tried to listen to music: there are no exterior volume controls, so you have to unlock the phone to adjust the volume - and the volume interface is TINY, way too easy to hit max volume with my normal-sized thumbs. No exterior headphone jack, so I got a usb-c to audio input convertor, but the battery life is so terrible that I only get an hour before it needs recharging. And the Bluetooth is too weak to be usable unless you're sitting perfectly still less than 3 feet away from the phone. Photo quality is decent, but that's about it.
