The last cotton balls I purchased at Safeway were horrible. I use them for facial oner and removing nail polish so need them to hold their shape. These are absorbent, hold their shape and are reasonably priced.

Nice, large, absorbant cotton balls. Just what I wanted. I didn't like the tiny ones I'd gotten from the dollar store. These are about 1 1/2 inch x 2 inch, a nice large rectangular shape. Almost a little too thick & absorbant, so if you're using them to apply something just know it'll suck up a lot of your product. lol smh Hopefully you're using them to actually absorb something versus apply liquid like I did... I actually bought mine to apply rubbing alcohol or iodine for skin abrasions. So I've had to learn to just give the ball a little squeeze to re-release some of the product when applying something, then continue to spread with the cotton ball. I didn't expect for them to be so absorbant but I still love them. They also seem well made, meaning the cotton doesn't just pull off of them easily. I've had cheap ones that almost turn to dust when used. lol smh These are thick. Tough balls. lol
