I'm just starting to use this eye suppliment because my family has macular degeneration on both sides. I was recommended to use AREDS but thought I'd try this one first. We all need eye supplements because of the sun's damaging rays. What I read about this was impressive so I'm trying it out. I also was told by my Mother's Eye Specialist that the lighter your eyes are the more likely we are to get MD"¦and to always wear UV protection sun glasses. Even cheap sun glasses are effective if they have UV Protection. Expensive sun glasses don't give you more protection, they just cost more. Hmmm"¦!!!
