Straight out of the box it's all one piece (except for the accessory bag), nicely compact when folded and easy to set up. Once set up in either the kneeling or sitting configuration, the sides feel a little rickety and make me worried whether it will collapse while in use. I'm a big guy but well under the weight limit, so we'll see. I'll amend the review/rating once I've had a chance to put this to use.

I got this for my 75 yr. old husband who is always working in the yard or on a vehicle or other project.
