The quality is great. It was easy to install and has that great feature of going up and down. The only thing I wished was that the extra hinged panel was on the right instead of the left side. I'm using it to do watercolor painting. I'm old and it's not good to be sitting too long at a time.

These desks are working out beautifully. The motor that raises them is quiet and efficient. We are using them back to back as we do our watercolors and drawing. There is plenty of space to work, even large.

The assembly took a little while but was quite easy. Delivery was faster than expected.

We would recommend them again.

Just finished assembling this desk and I love it! It is heavy but easy to assemble. All the parts that snap or screw into place have designs that make it impossible to mess up. All small parts and screws are labeled clearly so you know what goes where.

It definitely does not look cheap! It has a sturdy, real wood feel and the metal parts look good too and are made of heavy, sturdy materials. The height adjustment works great, as does setting a preset. The rising desk portion has a lever that makes it easy to adjust to the height you want, it feels smooth and well made. The extendable desk has metal arms underneath to give it structure. Even the drawer that pulls out feels solid and smooth (although it does have some kind of magnet that keeps it shut, so you have to pull at it to get it to open).

If you want an adjustable desk for drawing, working on your laptop, reading, puzzles, really anything where you just need a bit of flexibility with the space get this desk. You won't regret it.

The ASR code started coming in from the time post installation and after numerous call to the customer support they are helpless and don't even communicate back. Every-time I call they read out a script which I had done gazillion times before calling them and after calling them.

They were able to restore the faulty part withins weeks. Table is working fine now had a few issue with customer rep responses but all sorted.
Product is sturdy and really fits its description and other reviews.

I purchased the flexispot adjustable drafting desk end of May. It is a very sturdy, well made product. We had no difficulty at all following the instructions to assemble it. I had an issue several weeks after receiving it with one of the factory installed drawer slides breaking. I contacted Flexispot and Andy immediately responded to my issue. I was waiting for a replacement part but when it was out of stock for a sustained period he sent me a replacement desk so as not to delay my use of the desk any further. The desk is extremely well packed- a heavy box - about 110# when it arrives. You will need a second person to help you carry it upstairs or take the parts up separately . I love my desk- I used it to sketch and do watercolor painting. It would make a great puzzle desk too The adjustable angle adjustment device is solid, the height adjustment and presets work like a charm. The extendable side section is solid once you secure it with the arms underneath.
The drawer opens with a little tug but has a nice little self closing mechanism. This desk has everything I need without being too bulky to take up too much space. I can't say enough about Andy in customer service- he was awesome ! Perfect desk for me!
