Roof overhang was broken off and am now having to glue back on. Door is crooked so there is a gap on one side when fully closed. Haven't tried to hang outside yet so will update if anything goes wrong with it after its installed.
Very nice

Works for the Martins
Scrotie McB✓ Verified Purchase•September 22, 2023
We were cleaning out an uninhabited residence and noticed a family of Martins who made their nest under the piece of porch ceiling covering that raccoons pulled away at some time. As we cleaned and did repairs, we mounted this house under the porch close to where the original nest was located. Moving the nest into this house was easy due to the front access door. The Martins seemed to be okay with the arrangement and stayed until migration time. Hopefully the new home owners let them return.
