It's salt! Of course the flavor and ease-of-use is 5 stars bc it's either salt or not. Never have I heard, "this salt is too mild--get a stronger salt!" or "how do I use this salt stuff??"
PSA: Please remember to get Iodized salt for bunker supplies, this is tasty and a great value but "kosher" means is doesn't have some of the beneficial additives that will make baked potatoes nutritiously complete.

Read about this salt in the New York Times. It really is a better salt than what you buy at the grocery store. It has a pleasant taste and isn't over salty. You have to adjust your recipes a little because it is not as sharp and salty as other brands.

Others sell Kosher salt but when you look at their sodium content it's pretty much the same as table salt. The Diamond Crystal has all of the flavor yet much less sodium than the others.
