I used this hanger to hang my humning bird feeder on the inside post facing the patio wall so it would be in the shade instead of hot sun. Nice design and was installed in under 5 miutes.

The actual hanger is fine. Does it's job and seems pretty sturdy screwed to my fence post. The welds seems strond and the paint job is sufficient. It it does rust in a few years, a wire brush and a can of black spray paint will be an easy fix. It does not seem that the weld points will be a source of failure. I like that is has two mounting tabs (4 screws total). Seems very secure on the post.
The provided screws however are total trash. They are drywall screws. Inappropriate for out door use and have very thin necks for this application. Will they hold it up? yes. Will they hold it up for long? No, probably not. I bought some 1.75" stainless wood screws and feel much more confident in them.

Bought it to hold a rather large metal and glass bird feeder. No problem. It took only a few days for the sparrows to dominate, but even the blue jays take a stab at it now and then. Much less mess on the ground than our previous tray-style feeder. And heavy enough not to blow in the wind.
