I got this to service my watches and it was easy enough to use but the pusher stems kept breaking. I barely got through one watch before I used all of them up. I think it was an alignment issue but even then it wasnt ideal. Value for the money though its worth a shot. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Pay little expect little

I tried 2 others before this one and I bent 4 or 5 punch pins trying to adjust a watch band. I thought there must be something wrong with the band. Then I tried the Urtop Band Remover and I was able to remove the necessary links. Just couldn't get the right alignment with the others. The first one I tried came with a complete watch repair kit, but it wasn't well made. The second didn't have the height adjustment and was all plastic. It didn't work. I bought the Urtop to give it one last try before taking the watch to a professional. The Urtop did the job. I'm satisfied.
It requires very careful setup, but works well.

Many 1 to 4 star reviews found that the push pins in this set bent easily. They do. You have to very carefully (us a loupe or other magnifier) align the push pin with the watch bracelet pin, and make sure that they are collinear with one another. Then, gently but firmly, screw the push pin into the bracelet pin. After about 4mm, the split legs of the bracelet pin pop out the other side of the bracelet. Then, you can usually pull the pin out with your fingers.
One last thing. The screw in this cheap pin removal tool was fairly rough when I got it. A bit of oil on the threads fixed that.
